In recognition of St. Louis Community College’s 50^th anniversary, Mo. Rep. Tim Jones (R-District 89), second from right, presents a resolution from the Missouri House of Representatives to STLCC officials at a recent Board of Trustees meeting at the Wildwood campus.

The state’s first junior college district, STLCC has served more than 1.2 million students. More students transfer to Missouri’s four-year colleges and university from STLCC than another other college in the state. STLCC has an annual impact of $2.5 billion on the St. Louis region.
