Fozzie's Sandwich Shop Gets P&Z Approval
A conditional use permit for the proposed eatery at Creve Coeur Plaza will be on next week's City Council agenda.
Another sandwich shop has set its sights on Creve Coeur's active lunch crowd.
Fozzie's Sandwich Emporium, which currently operates a location in Richmond Heights, had a Conditional Use Permit to open in the Creve Coeur Shopping Center at 11921 Olive Boulevard approved by the city's Planning and Zoning Commission Monday night.
The permit's approval now goes to City Council for approval on two readings, starting December 10.
Fozzie's intends to occupy the former Pacific Cafe spot, with seating for 46 inside and 12 outside in the 2,050 square foot space.
The Creve Coeur Shopping Center is owned by the Drury Development Corporation.
The Planning and Zoning Commission also approved a Conditional Use Permit for an Anis Hyderabad House Indian Restaurant. That decision also moves on to City Council December 10.
