Parkway School Board Candidates Start Stepping Forward
Filing for 2 seats on the board of education up for the April election began Tuesday.
2 people will be elected to the Parkway School Board of Education in April 2013. Candidate filing began Tuesday and ends January 15.

Two director positions are open on the Parkway Board of Education, each for a three-year term, in the April 2013 election. The expiring terms are for Tom Appelbaum and Dr. Sam Sciortino. The top two vote-getters from all the candidates will be elected to the open spots.
The following individuals have filed to run, as of Dec. 12:
- Sam Sciortino, incumbent
- Annette Read
- Jenifer Clifton
- Tom Appelbaum, incumbent
Candidates have until January 15 to enter the race.
