Tuesday, we'll begin a two-part series looking at the debate over how much sleep students really need, and how a Creve Coeur area student has launched a bid for change in a local school district.

Wednesday, the Parkway School District Board of Education is scheduled to vote on budget changes that could save the district as much as $9.6 million, by eliminating some positions, moving to electronic report cards, and other measures over the course of the next two years.

Thursday, you're encouraged to help others in honor of a Creve Coeur-area family's fight against cancer by coming to Ross Elementary School for a special blood drive. Read more here.

Saturday, if you're looking for some fun for a good cause, check out the Casino Night being put on by Traditional Congregation.

By the way, what do these last two events have in common? They were put on our calendar by members of the community. It is so easy--here's how you get started.

There's so much more to share this week...but we'll leave you wanting more!
