OACAP, the Older Adult Community Action Program, presents guest speaker Ron Jackson at the organization’s 45^th Annual Meeting. Mr. Jackson — community activist, former member of the City of St. Louis School Board, and advocate for intergroup relations and youth — will discuss how seniors can help improve society.
