Dreading the Holiday?

Are you Dreading the Holidays?


As a therapist, there is one constant in my practice.  Many people are dreading  upcoming holidays.  Since Passover and Easter are upon us, many individuals begin dreading these holidays months before their arrival.  Family celebrations are great.  However, they may bring up old fears, anger and a host of other dreaded feelings.  Therefore, it is important to take special care of yourself during these stressful periods:  a. minimize stress when possible  b. engage in enjoyable activities  c. make sure to provide "me time" d. insure enough sleep  e.  eat healthy. http://www.anitadcohntherapy.com
