Chasselle Lane Getting Ready For A Makeover
The street off Mason Road will be closed to through traffic starting next week. Creve Coeur officials plan a meeting Wednesday night to talk about the project.
Creve Coeur residents who use Chasselle Lane will need to make arrangements for their commutes when an asphalt project that will also include replacing speed tables on the street next week. The project will not add new speed tables.
The work will close the street to all through traffic starting Tuesday October 1, with an expected completion date set for the week before Thanksgiving. Better weather conditions could speed up that timetable.
Local traffic in that neighborhood will only be closed during the daytime hours. Creve Coeur Public Works Director Jim Heines said a meeting with residents in the area is planned for Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Creve Coeur Golf Course.
