Tenant Welcomes the Community to their Open House

On Thursday, June 6th, Nidus Partners hosted an annual tenant open house at BRDG Park. During the event, Mark Gorski, business development officer for BRDG Park and Vicki Gonzalez, Nidus managing partner, shared information about the unique collaboration between experienced entrepreneurs and strategic corporations that makes up Nidus Partners.

Gonzalez described Nidus as, “A unique partnership that delivers a stream of new technologies and strategic insight to corporate partners powered by entrepreneurs looking for promising commercialization opportunities.”

Nidus is focused on sourcing and commercializing transformative energy technologies. The organization is currently evaluating technologies that could improve sustainability and value creation in areas such as energy efficiency, energy conversion, storage as well as carbon capture.

Currently concentrated on innovations in fields such as biomass conversion, renewable biochemicals, gasification, renewable energy, bioelectrohemical conversion, predictive modeling and energy storage, Nidus is also seeking new processing technologies, including chemical and biological methods that could enable carbon capture, as well as information and systems management tools to improve the efficiency of existing energy infrastructure.

Nidus has strong ties to the community and partners with with Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, BioGenerator, Washington University in St. Louis, University of Missouri, Saint Louis University, and reaches beyond with ties to the University of Chicago, Vanderbilt University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Iowa State University and IMPACT Technology Development.
