ALDI Getting Creve Coeur Neighbors
A soup restaurant, FedEx Office and a medical facility are planned for a prominent spot along Olive Boulevard.
Construction activity at the intersection of New Ballas Road and Olive Boulevard is picking up steam as crews work to finish up space for new tenants locating at the site of the former Borders Bookstore in Creve Coeur.
As Patch has previously reported, Zoup is going in a portion of the former Borders space subdivided when ALDI moved in earlier this year. The restaurant could be open sometime between Thanksgiving and the first of the year. The other subdivided space will house a FedEx Office, slated to open at the end of October. The company's CityPlace location will close the day before the new outlet opens.
The leasehold in the neighboring space formerly occupied by Fitness Showcase will be home to a St. Luke's imaging facility. Patch has been unable to reach representatives for the hospital chain to confirm more details about the location.
