Cross Creek is getting a new name and a facelift starting next month.

A trio of Creve Coeur area complexes have new ownership and new management, and in some cases, will have an upgrade coming.

This week, Village Green and L3C Capital Partners LLC announced that they have reached an agreement for Cross Creek, Cove West, and Westchase Apartments, just purchased by L3C to be managed by Village Green.

As part of the deal, Cross Creek will be renamed as Waterfront Crossing at Creve Coeur and next month, will see the start of a yearlong renovation.

"We don’t expect residents to be severely impacted or displaced by the interior unit renovations, which include upgrades to the kitchen (replacing cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring and hardware)," Jacqueline Trost, said in an email to Patch. "Those renovations will take place during the day, when most residents are at work. Exterior community renovations include new siding, and community/amenity renovations will take place in the clubhouse, fitness center, sales center and landscaping improvement."

Cedar Lakes in Lake St. Louis, also a former Camden property, will now also be under Village Green management as part of the deal.
