Delmar Gardens Project Still In The Waiting Phase

Patch has an update on plans for possible Ladue Road project.

Earlier this year, Delmar Gardens CEO Gabe Gross Grossberg told Patch his company hoped to submit master plans by late April for what the, for property located on Ladue Rd. near Interstate 270.

But last week, the only sign of activity on the property was typical lawn maintenance.

Reached by phone last week, Grossberg said the company is still studying the site, and how to best segregate multi-uses for the property as part of an $80 million dollar development.

Grossberg said the project was not at a point where he was ready to meet with city officials about it, and that he has not reached out to neighboring residential areas either, but plans to "dilligently do so".

Grossberg said a builder had not been selected and that the goal is to have something ready to move forward in the next 30 to 60 days.
