According to our partners at FOX2 News, Creve Coeur resident Bob Scott, his wife Sally and Sally's daughter all face the risk of eviction depending on the outcome of a 9 a.m. court hearing.
The station profiled the Scott family's plight in this report. According to the story, Bob Scott, a Korean War veteran, suffered a stroke in 2007, and later saw a business go under. FOX2's Charles Jaco reports the Scotts fell behind on their mortgage within the last year.
