Jet's Pizza began construction on July 2 for its Creve Coeur take-out location. It will be replacing the old Shear Images business, at 11032 Olive Blvd, next to Pumpernickle's. Operation Coordinator Michael Crawley said they hope to be open for business at the end of August.
Jet's Pizza, a pizza franchise that opened its first restaurant in Sterling Heights, Mich. in 1978, plans to open 44 locations throughout the St. Louis area in the next two years, Crawley said. The location off Olive near Graeser is the franchise's third to be opened in St. Louis in addition to stores in Ballwin and Webster Groves.
"We're famous for our deep dish 8 Corner Pizza," Crawley said. "We make all our ingredients from scratch every day."
