Lenny's Sub Shop Closes Up Shop

Creve Coeur restaurant's equipment is now up for auction.

After five years in business, has closed its doors in Creve Coeur.

Signs in the restaurant's window said the shop lost its lease on Olive Boulevard and closed, effective August 1. The restaurant's equipment is being put up for auction by GRS Auction Services.

Items in the auction are available for inspection Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To review those items, log onto GRS Auction Services's website. The auction closes August 13.

Another sign on the window thanked customers for their business, and said "Look for us in the future!"

I was a customer, great food and service but not surprised by this closing, never saw overflow business? Why? Creve Coeur has way too many restaurants.

Not the best location, but definetly the BEST subs we've have ever had (we are SUB CONNOSSEURS?:) Might even consider a franchise in North County! Robert Brown, Jr. and Barbara Brown
