New Chinese Restaurant Gets City Council Approval

A China King representative has said the eatery is set to open next month in Creve Coeur.

China King, part of a chain of locally owned Chinese restaurants located in the bi-state area, gained final round approval from Creve Coeur's city council this week to open up shop in the Bellerive Plaza area.

The restaurant proposal sailed through the city approval process without objection either in city council or planning and zoning proceedings.

A spokesman for the restaurant owner previously told Patch the eatery was planning on a September opening.
