Public Hearing Notice: Retirement Community To Lay Out Creve Coeur Vision Monday

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC will appear in front of the Creve Coeur Planning and Zoning Commission next week.

Creve Coeur City planners were operating on the belief that one large development project involving a senior care facility would come before the city late this summer. 

, it will be the second assisted car facility to be reviewed this summer.

Monday night a Public Hearing will be held to discuss Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC's plans for a 43,254 square foot, 4-story, 90-unit assisted living facility, on 693 Decker Lane, near in Creve Coeur.

Colorado-based Spectrum operates faciliities in 11 states, including properties in Affton, Crestwood, Ellisville and Washington, MO.

The project would require a Conditional Use permit to move forward. Monday's Planning and Zoning Commission meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the Creve Coeur Government Center. A final decision would come from City Council.
