Restaurant Inspections: Coldstone Creamery, Dave & Busters Put To The Test

Each week, Patch publishes information from the local restaurant inspections of St. Louis County Department of Health as well as their grade.

Here are some of the latest restaurant inspections from the past 90 days:

Cold Stone Creamery

Grade: 92 - A
Comments: There was no handwashing soap at hand sink. Unknown chemical missing a label. Chemical mislabeled. Gasket on reach-in cooler damaged. Hand sink faucet loose. Wall damage by mop sink. Coving damage throughout. Door on cabinet broken. Follow-up inspection required.

Comments: Person in charge was able to provide proof of Serve Safe certificate. The door sweep on the back exit door located in the kitchen has been repaired. Employee restroom  needed a lid on the trashcan previously. Enclosed trashcan is now in employee restroom. Previous violations corrected.

Comments: Cutting board stabilized on a damp wiping cloth; Hand sink in server alley has no hot water. Maintenance adjusted, violation corrected on-site.
