54th Street Bar and Grill
Address: 2895 N. Highway 67, Florissant

Comments: Inspector received complaint that servers cleaned the tables and floors with the same towel and water and dishwasher doesn’t properly clean glassware and dishware. There was also a complaint that the cleaning bottles are mislabeled. Inspector spoke to manager and the manager explained the standards for the establishment. Inspector also reviewed procedures for table cleaning and prewashing.

Iggy’s Frozen Yogurt
Address: 12970 New Halls Ferry Rd., Florissant

Comments: No food safety certification on site, but enrollment paperwork was later provided; rear door sweep has been damaged; employees in need of Hepatitis A shot updates; ice cream cones not properly covered to prevent contamination; mold build up found on flavor bottles; no proof of frozen dessert license.
