Comments: Inspector noticed employees washing hands at food prep sink;  inspector saw bare hand contact with doughnuts, and the inspector explained tissue paper, gloves, utensils are needed when handling food; raw meat seen stored next to ready-to-eat foods; dishes not washed and sanitized before use; food debris found on microwave plate; debris found on floor.
