Someone complained that the kitchen staff does not wear gloves or hair nets when handling or preparing the food. The person also said that the steam tables and wells are not cleaned or drained except for once a week, and that the kitchen has rats. The inspector spoke to the manager Theresa Muegge and saw that all employees wore hair nets and gloves while handling and preparing food. Muegge said that the steam tables are drained and cleaned daily and no rats or evidence of rats were found.
