Comments: The under-counter refrigerator that was not holding the hazardous foods at temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit during the routine inspection is now working properly.

Comments: Gasket on RIC damaged. Cove base missing from back area. Ceiling tiles need to be non-perforated. Inspector will perform 30-day-follow-up.

Comments: Inspector observed soiled stains on the blade of the can opener. An employee removed and cleaned the blade on-site, correcting the violation. The employee hepatitis A vaccination list needs to be updated. All employees working more than 30 days need to have a copy of their vaccinations available. Inspector observed loose paper and debris on the floor behind the ice machine and advised that floors need to be swept routinely. Inspector observed standing water on the floor inside the walk-in cooler and advised that floors also need to be mopped routinely.
