Comments: Someone complained to the health department that an employee used a rag to wipe out a trash can and then used the same rag to wipe down dining tables. Health inspector discussed the complaint with the manager and he explained sanitizer rags are only for food prep surfaces and tables and paper towels clean other areas. Manager said he would discuss procedures with staff.
