Brown Smith Wallace Principal Earns Valuation Certification

Bryan Graiff, CPA, principal, financial advisory services at Brown Smith Wallace, recently attained the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation.

Graiff joined the firm in 2013 with more than 20 years of experience across various industries. In his current position, he provides valuation, dispute advisory and corporate financial services, such as exit strategies, mergers and acquisitions and troubled company assistance.

The CVA designation is recognized as one of the premier credentials in the valuation arena and indicates knowledge of valuation theory and practice. The designation is highly regarded by the IRS, bankers, the Courts and the business community.
