Krilogy Financial, a St. Louis-based financial firm, announces that Dawn Lynch joins the firm as Director of Growth & Development. In this role, Lynch will oversee organizational advancement and maturation. These duties include: goal setting, role classification and creating a stronger onboarding process to ensure that the candidate is aligned with the company values.

When Lynch isn’t working, she enjoys hometown sports, golf, reading and supporting local businesses.
