Waterfront Crossing at Creve Coeur Celebrates Grand Re-Opening

Michigan-based multi-family housing development and management firm Village Green, along with New York-based investment company L3C Capital Partners LLC, announced their partnership in four Missouri apartment communities last November. Since then, the properties have been undergoing multi-million dollar renovations to the apartment interiors, community exterior and amenity spaces.

“We feel fortunate to have found two wonderful cities, like Creve Coeur and Lake St. Louis, in which to invest. We are committed to the communities, to our residents and to our ever-growing relationship with our partner, Village Green,” said Jonathan Leifer, partner, L3C Capital Partners LLC.

Catering to the discerning renter, Creve Coeur’s Waterfront Crossing at Creve Coeur, Cove West and Westchase, along with Cedar Lakes in Lake St. Louis, have undergone a tremendous transformation. The construction and interior design were led by Village Green Construction and Village Green Interiors, two Village Green companies. The exterior of each community, including landscaping and architectural elements, have been enhanced and brand new community clubhouses have been created. Multimedia theater rooms, resort-style swimming pools, executive conference rooms and professional business centers, offering free Wi-Fi and the use of Mac and PC computers, have been added for residents to enjoy. All community renovations were made using green products.

Interior apartment renovations include designer kitchens and bathrooms, featuring today’s modern finishes and amenities. Living spaces have been designed to include stylish lighting packages, designer flooring and a custom interior paint scheme.

“We are pleased to have had the opportunity to partner with L3C Capital Partners on the luxury updates to these four premier properties, which are managed by Village Green’s St. Louis region,” said Diane Batayeh, COO, Village Green. “We have worked collaboratively with the owner and utilized our expertise in customer service, construction, interior design and marketing to raise the bar for apartment living and create spaces that meet the growing demands of today’s renter.”
