National Wear Red Day is Friday, February 7th. Please wear red to raise your voice. Wearing red will help to end the number one killer of our mothers, sister, daughters and friends. In the last ten years the Go Red For Women has made a difference in the fight against heart disease in women. 34% fewer women now die from heart disease! Women are becoming pro-active with their health by exercising, losing weight, eating healthy, scheduling regular checkups and understanding their heart health risks.
