And then there were six! American Idol Update

Well last week was certainly a shocker! I had the right three in the bottom, but did not expect it to be Colton who ended their Idol run.

Wednesday night was good. I love Queen and thought for the most part everyone did well. I have to say, Jessica was the weakest in the first round. I know everyone wants a girl to win, but I really don’t think that will happen. I have read that never in the history of the save, has the person the save was used on, ended up winning. With that in mind, it pretty much puts Jessica out. Now add that Hollie and Elise have been frequent visitors of the bottom three, their chances of being out soon are very good. That leaves Skylar as the last standing girl. She could pull it off and actually I’m rooting for her and after Wednesday I think the judges are rooting for her too. I met Skylar in Hollywood and she was great! 

I am 100% confident that either Joshua or Phillip will be one of the last two standing. I would pick Phillip, but the judges love Joshua. They handed him two standing o’s Wednesday night. Hollie was the only other one to earn the coveted standing 'o'. She did a great job on her final song. 

My guess for bottom three this week are Jessica, Hollie and Elise – with Elise leaving.
