Danforth Center expands the Office of Public Affairs
The Danforth Center's Communications Coordinator focuses on research for publishing purposes such as the Roots & Shoots and BioBuzz blogs, writing and media relations, and support for events.
The Donald Danforth Plant Science Center is pleased to announce Whitney Matt joined the Office of Public Affairs as Communications Coordinator on February 11, 2013. Whitney received her B.A. in Strategic Communication from Maryville University. Whitney comes to us from Washington University Medical Center serving as the Marketing and Communications Intern and prior held the Interim Marketing and Communications Director and Program Manager at FOCUS St. Louis. She brings experience in public relations relating to events with having served the St. Louis Cardinals as a Special Events Coordinator.
