Ward 1 voters received an anonymous campaign mail item,"Paid for by Donna Dill", an employee for the Cynthia Kramer campaign printing company and a malicious attempt to influence the election.

Many Ward 1 voters received an anonymous campaign mail item Monday, addressed to “My Neighbor.”
It was “Paid for by Donna Dill, an employee of the printing company for the Cynthia Kramer campaign.

The mailer is factually incorrect in several respects and misleading in others.
For one example, the mailer says that the “concerned Creve Coeur Resident “found out who was running against Mr. Caldwell and called her.” Actually this resident had a Kramer sign in his front yard for weeks before the alleged incident.
This mailer was a malicious attempt to influence an election by abusing our cherished freedom of speech. Other concerned residents have come forward to determine if any laws were broken.
