Apartment Complex Hearing Delayed By Lack Of Meeting Quorum

A public hearing for the proposed apartments on Old Olive Street will now be held Monday April 1.

The Creve Coeur Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Monday night could not be held as planned, due to the lack of a quorum on the panel.

Among the items scheduled Monday was a public hearing on a proposed 174 unit apartment complex called "Vanguard at Creve Coeur" to be located at 10360 Old Olive Street that also calls for rezoning of the property.

While no official business took place Monday, a neighboring business owner and a pair of nearby condominium residents voiced concerns over traffic flow and potential impacts in the area.
