The Week Ahead: Back After Elections, The Best Italian Food and College Scholarships

We hope this finds you having had a safe and enjoyable Easter weekend, as well as the start of Passover.

Monday night will be the first Creve Coeur City Council and Ladue School Board meetings since Tuesday's elections. The Pattonville School Board meets Tuesday and the Parkway School Board meets Wednesday. The newly elected school boards will all be sworn in.

Creve Coeur's City Councilmembers all ran unopposed but won't be sworn in along with until the April 23 meeting.

Speaking of voting, you'll want to take notice that we've changed our procedure when it comes to having you select the best of the best restaurants in West St. Louis County. We now give you a week to nominate, and then a week to vote for your favorite.

Wednesday marks the opening of the spring signing period for high school seniors (primarily in basketball, but other sports as well) who will be accepting NCAA scholarships. We'll be visiting area high schools as those athletes sign on the dotted line. One of the area's most highly regarded athletes,

As usual, we'll have our weekly look at Restaurant Inspections, Who's Hiring, and we'll also be on the lookout for any breaking news impacting Creve Coeur.
