Good Monday, from everyone here at Creve Coeur Patch. Here's a look at a few of the stories and items of interest we'll be tracking throughout the day. Weather:

The National Weather Service forecast for Creve Coeur looks like there's a good chance for as much as four inches of snow by Monday evening, with snowfall starting after noon. We'd love your pictures for a photo gallery if there's a shutterbug in your family.

City Council:

Monday night, council members could vote to take action to create a Community Improvement District in the area around along Olive Blvd. Revenue generated from the sales tax on auto parts (not motor vehicles), would be used for maintenance, security improvements and other upgrades in the area. It has been criticized by some council observers and council members who have opposed the use of Transportation Development Districts, or TDDs, in the area. Council members will also hold a public hearing regarding an proposed . In a work session prior to the meeting, council members will also be briefed by Chief Glen Eidman regarding the department's continuing efforts to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies, or CALEA. Ladue Schools:

In December, the Ladue Board of Education received a task force report which studied how the district might use the rest of the Westminster Christian Academy campus once the private school vacates the property for a new home in Town and Country. Monday night, board members hope to pare that list of possibilities down to two. We'll have coverage of that decision in this space as well.

Sports:

Two basketball games jumped out at us on the schedule for Monday night coverage.
