The holiday season is in full swing
So much stress can run us down
Making lists and shopping till
The perfect gifts are found
Shop and wrap, no time to nap
Can you say major funk?
We'd rather be at a basketball game
Watching Nol and Eric dunk!
Eating, drinking, being merry
Worrying about staying in shape
We love that basketball provides
An entertaining escape
Family is very important, of course
They're dearly loved, each one
If they join us at a game...?
Now THAT'S our idea of fun
We'll watch games between festivities
While on this holiday ride
Life's not all about basketball
But it sure adds some spice on the side!
