The Market’s Outdoor Scene Appeals to People Who Like Locally Grown Produce
MAY 28, 2014, Overland, Missouri… Popular singer-songwriter Steve Chosich will perform on Saturday, May 31 at the Overland Farmers Market in St. Louis County. Steve Chosich has performed his original style of acoustic music at many different venues in metro St. Louis. He will appear from 10 a.m. to noon at the market, which offers fresh produce, locally raised grass-fed beef, sweet Missouri honey and fresh-bakery goods plus original arts crafts from many vendors.
“Good musicians like Steve Chosich attract people who like locally grown produce, fresh meat and local goods you can’t find anywhere else,” says Richard A. Kilzer, president of the Overland Farmers Market Board of Directors. ‘Come on out and join us!”
The Overland Farmers Market will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm in the city parking lot at Woodson Road about one mile north of Page Avenue. It is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization managed by volunteers and will be open every Saturday morning through October 25. Admission to The Overland Farmers Market is free.
