HopeFest 2012 to benefit HavenHouse St. Louis Held at The Ritz-Carlton in Clayton, Missouri

We are one week away from our biggest fundraiser of the year! To say the very least, all of our staff and volunteers are in full throttle gathering last minute donations and organizing details for HopeFest 2012. is a Creve Coeur based Hospital Hospitality House that provides services for families and patients that travel for medical care. HopeFest began eight years ago and is now HavenHouse’s largest and most successful fundraiser.

This year, HopeFest must raise over $160,000 to cover lodging, meals, transportation and support services for patients and families seeking critical care, treatments and cures only found in St. Louis. This is our first year at The Ritz-Carlton in Clayton, Missouri and we believe this event will be our biggest and most successful to date. We are expecting 375 guests this year and we have 12 new sponsors! With over 175 silent auction items and more than 17 live auction packages we are expecting a very exciting program. Today, we received our first picture of our rescue puppy that will be auctioned off during the program. He is a beautiful 8-week old Labrador that we've nicknamed "Toby." 

Another exciting portion of our program will be an update on Meghan and her family will be in attendance along with two other very special families. We will also unveil our HopeFest video which we film annually to showcase families that stay with us throughout the year.
