Car Strikes Pedestrian At 270 and Olive; Creve Coeur Police Investigating
Authorities report the victim said he was following a drunk driver.
are investigating a car-pedestrian crash which sent one person to with hip and leg injuries.
A police report said the driver of a white pickup was "all over the roadway" on Intersate 270 just before 9 p.m. on Saturday June 16. The report said the victim got out of his vehicle and attempted to take keys from the driver who he believed to be intoxicated at Olive Boulevard and 270, and was struck by the pickup.
The truck left the area. The victim's injuries were considered minor. The police investigation continues.
