City Prosecutor Considering Charges In Indecent Exposure Case At A Bank

A customer is accused of urinating outside the Commerce Bank in Creve Coeur Saturday.

A woman described in a Creve Coeur Police call for service report as an "elderly blonde female" has been issued a police summons for indecent exposure at a Creve Coeur bank.

According to the report, the woman, a Commerce Bank customer, "pulled her pants down and urinated" in the vestibule of the bank before entering the building at 12275 Olive Boulevard on December 8 at approximately 9:00 a.m.

Police responded and took a report at the scene while issuing a summons for indecent exposure. A Police spokesman said the Creve Coeur City Attorney is still considering a formal charge in the case.

Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story used the phrase "City Attorney" in the headline. The Creve Coeur Prosecuting Attorney actually handles municipal court cases like the one involved here. The Creve Coeur City Attorney advises City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission, and represents the city in court.
