Creve Coeur Delinquency Case Goes To Court

Robert Tomaso is due back in Creve Coeur Municipal Court next month.

A Creve Coeur man accused of contributing to the delinquency of a minor while hosting a graduation party, appeared in Municipal Court Wednesday night.

Tomaso did not enter a plea Wednesday. He declined comment leaving the courtroom beyond confirming that he made his initial appearance. Creve Coeur Prosecutor Dennis Beckley told Patch after the session that Tomaso, an attorney, made an argument regarding the statute in question. Beckley said he would consider Tomaso's argument and make a decision before Tomaso is due back in court in August.
