Creve Coeur Police Blotter: Week July 18, 2011

Books, Mowers and Credit Cards were all on the blotter.

The following information is provided by the

July 21: Police were called to when campus security held two people in connection with "possible book thefts." They were charged with Trespassing.

July 22: Someone reported the theft of two commercial grade riding lawn mowers in the 11500 block of Ladue Road. Police say "a Chevrolet pickup truck pulling a red trailer with a side gate was seen loading these mowers onto a trailer."

July 22: A woman reported that her purse had been stolen purse from her car in St. Peters the previous day and that one of her credit cards had been used at the in Creve Coeur.

July 24: Police and Monarch Fire Protection District crews were called to the 12000 block of Ferngate for a fire in a home. The fire did not spread from the basement and no one was hurt.
