Creve Coeur Police Blotter: Week of August 7

The following information was provided by the

August 7: A resident reported her “Kindle” computer was stolen from her house in the 200 Block of Falling Leaves Court. There were no signs of forced entry at the home.

August 10: A subject was arrested for Driving While Suspended in the 12000 block of Olive Blvd. The subject was released after posting a municipal bond.

August 11: Police responded to the 1000 block of Fernway Lane for a report of a suspicious vehicle. When officers arrived they contacted three subjects who were sleeping in a vehicle. The officers were given permission by the vehicle owner to search the car. Marijuana was located in the vehicle and the driver was arrested for Possession of Marijuana. The subject was later released after posting a municipal bond.

August 11: A theft occurred in the 100 block of Coeur De Ville Dr. An unknown subject stole approximately $3,000 of copper wiring.

August 11: A subject was arrested for Soliciting without a Permit in the 100 block of Winfield Point. The subject was later released after posting a municipal bond.

August 12: Police responded to a call of loud noise at an apartment complex pool located in the 15000 block of Westchase. Four subjects were issued municipal court summons for Trespassing after officers determined that these subjects were not residents.

August 13: A subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated at the intersection of Fernview and Olive. The subject was released after posting a municipal bond.

August 13: A business located in the 12000 block of Olive Blvd. reported that a cash bag was stolen overnight. There were no signs of forced entry to the office.

August 13: A subject reported that two checks were stolen from his place of business located in the 600 block of N. New Ballas Rd. The subject stated that one of these checks was cashed at an unknown location in the St. Louis area.

August 13: A subject was arrested for Driving while intoxicated in the 11000 block of Olive Blvd. The subject was released after posting a municipal bond.
