Police investigating reports of a stolen car and silverware.
Below is a list of alleged crimes under investigation by the Creve Coeur Police for the week of March 8, 2011
March 8
A resident in the 200 block of Magna Carta reported someone took several pieces of silverware from a collection. It allegedly took place between Thanksgiving and March 7, 2011. There are no suspects.

A male suspect was arrested for Possession of Marijuana following a car stop in the 12600 block of Olive Blvd.

A male suspect was arrested on Olive at 270 for DWI.
March 9
A 2nd Degree Burglary occurred at a business located in the 12400 block of Olive Blvd. Someone tossed what police describe as "a large concrete block" through a front door glass. A small safe was stolen.

A 2nd Degree Burglary occurred at a business located in the 700 of North New Ballas. A metal bucket filled with sand used for cigarette disposal was thrown through a door, allowing for office access to the cash register drawer.

A 2008 Nissan Altima (gray, no plates) was stolen from an auto dealership located in the 1000 block of N. Lindbergh. Police say they have a person of interest.

A male suspect was arrested for DWI at Tempo Drive south of Olive Blvd.
March 11
There was a report of shoplifting at a business in the 12700 block of Olive Blvd. A suspect fled in a newer model black Dodge Stratus. Suspect left behind a pair of $1.75 liters of Canadian Mist and bags of potato chips.

A female suspect was arrested for DWI and several additional traffic charges.

A male suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Police did not disclose a location.

A male suspect was arrested for DWI. Police say it is the suspect's 3rd alcohol-related offense in 7 years.

Two suspects were arrested for stealing from a business located in the 12700 block of Olive Blvd.
