Former Pattonville Teacher Posts Bond; Hearing Rescheduled

Matthew Johnson was arrested and charged with second-degree invasion of privacy involving high school students.

A now former teacher in Pattonville High School alternative education program who is accused of videotaping female students without their consent, posted bond on Monday. That's according to online records with the Office of State Courts Administator's website Casenet.

Johnson was on April 1. Casenet records also show that a hearing on the case scheduled for April 13 was rescheduled for May 5.

Johnson allegedly videotaped female students "for the purpose of viewing their body" without their consent between December 25, 2010 and March 28, 2011.

The complaint against Johnson said he recorded four individuals. Johnson resigned from the district after administrators started investigating the allegations.
