Grand Jury Declines Action in Alleged Kidnapping & Sex Assault Case
A 15 year-old girl told Police she was abducted in Creve Coeur and assaulted in October.
say a St. Louis County grand jury "declined to issue a true bil," or indictment in the case of a man arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Creve Coeur and a subsequent alleged sexual assault.
Police said on along Cross Creek Drive. Police said she reported being forced into a vehicle and taken to a home where she was sexually assaulted.
The girl, police said, escaped while her attacker was driving her home.

Police arrested an unidentified man in connection with the allegations and released him pending lab test results.
