Man Threatened Family of Woman He Sodomized, Prosecutors Say

St. Louis County Police said the victim was a relative of a woman whom he is accused of sodomizing in St. Louis County near Olive and Lindbergh boulevards.

St. Louis County prosecutors have added a harassment charge against a Ballwin man accused of forcible sodomy.

Kevin O’Shaughnessy, 20, of the 200 block of Spring Oaks Drive in Ballwin, is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charge April 3.

St. Louis County Police said O’Shaughnessy called and threatened a relative of the person whom he is accused of sodomizing. Police said the sexual assault took place in unincorporated St. Louis County near Olive and Lindbergh boulevards.

Police said O’Shaughnessy threatened on Aug. 13 to shoot and kill the man and his family.

O’Shaughnessy also faces accusations that he held down a woman Aug. 13 and forcibly sodomized her while a friend stood guard outside the room and prevented others from helping her.
