Missouri American Water Victimized By Gas Drive Off
The incident was caught on camera. The company says it is cooperating with authorities.
are investigating the theft of gas from pumps located on Research Boulevard.
Police were notified July 2, just before 1:30 p.m. According to authorities, a "large amount of gasoline" was taken. An incident report said the theft was caught on video. A company spokeswoman declined to share the video with Patch.
A Police spokesman said the department knew the owner of the vehicle involved in the incident.
