Police: Car Break-Ins At The Temple & A Hairy Drive-Off

The following incidents took place during the week of August 11 in Creve Coeur.

August 17

A man had his wallet stolen from an unlocked car parked on the 500 block of North Spoede Road.

August 16

A suspect was arrested on two forgery counts stemming from events in in April.

August 15

A laptop computer and an iPad were taken from an unlocked car parked at AMC 12.

August 14

  • A person was arrested for trying to pass two forged checks at First Community Credit Union.
  • A woman walked out of Studio Branca salon, having not paid for a $111 haircut.

  • Two handbags containing credit cards, and a digital camera were among the items stolen in a string of four car break-ins at Temple Israel.

August 12
  • More than $8,000 in business funds was reported missing at Lou Fusz Mazda.
  • A person was ticketed for allowing their dog to run free at Conway Park, not within the confines of the city dog park there.
