Police: Teen Forcibly Sodomized Woman As Friend Guarded Door

Witnesses outside the room heard the victim yelling but were prevented from going to her aid.

A 19-year-old man faces a criminal charge after St. Louis County Police said he sexually touched a woman while holding her down Monday in unincorporated St. Louis County in the area of Olive and Lindbergh boulevards.

Kevin O’Shaughnessy, 19, of the 200 block of Spring Oaks Drive in , was charged Wednesday with forcible sodomy - deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion.

said witnesses outside the room heard the victim yelling, “Stop,” but O’Shaughnessy’s friend stood outside the room’s door and prevented them from going to her aid.

O’Shaughnessy is being held in the St. Louis County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

There are no co-defendants in the case at this time.
