Thursday AM Update: Police Search For Suspicious Women In Seven Pines Comes Up Empty

Multiple units were searching the subdivision between Creve Coeur and Maryland Heights for a woman who may have been trying to enter homes.

Thursday morning, a spokesman for St. Louis County Police told Patch that the search for a woman who may have been trying to enter homes in the Seven Pines Subdivision yielded no suspects.

Despite initial concerns over a potential burglary, the spokesman said it wasn't clear whether any criminal activity had taken place.

Officers from the St. Louis County Police Department have been searching Wednesday afternoon in the Seven Pines Subdivision near for a woman who may be trying to enter homes in the area.

They're looking for a woman described as wearing a green jacket and tan shorts who knocked on a front door in the subdivision and might have tried to enter the home.

An officer on the scene says three homes may have been approached by the woman and that they've been looking in the neighborhood since 2:20 p.m. Wednesday.
