Two People Safe After Car Accident Leaves Vehicle Hanging

Creve Coeur Fire and Monarch Ambulance crews responded to the bizarre scene at New Ballas and Studt Tuesday afternoon.

A spokesman said two people were transported to a nearby hospital Tuesday after a one car accident in parking lot at New Ballas and Studt Ave.

According to Jerry McQueen, Deputy Fire Marshal, the driver in the vehicle said he hit the accelarator instead of the brakes around 3 p.m. and was left teetering over an edge. A picture of the incident on FOX2's Facebook page showed the scene.
