A woman is charged with stealing prescription medication from houses she cleaned in Creve Coeur and Ballwin.
Rhonda Glidewell, 50, of South St. Louis, was indicted by a St. Louis County grand jury Wednesday for stealing medication in Ballwin.
According to a police report, a homeowner in Ballwin discovered 96 oxycodone pills missing from a drawer in his bathroom on May 27, 2011. His home had been cleaned earlier that day, and the house cleaners were the only ones in his home.
Police questioned Glidewell, who cleaned the bathroom, about the incident. She denied taking the pills.
In October, a Creve Coeur detective questioned Glidewell regarding a similar incident, and police said Glidewell admitted to the theft from the Ballwin and Creve Coeur homes.
A single charge in the Creve Coeur case was filed in March.
